Downtown Fun Run


Kick off Day 2 of resusTO with a relaxing fun run around downtown Toronto, led by people who will do their very best not to get you completely lost.

Guided Meditation


Join meditation instructor Erin Oke for a 30 minute guided meditation session during the second half of the lunch break on both Day 1 and Day 2 of resusTO.


Time and Place: Li Ka Shing Classroom, September 13 and 14, 1300h

Bio: Erin Oke

Erin is the Executive Director and meditation teacher at the Consciousness Explorers Club, an innovative contemplative community based in Toronto. Her meditation teaching focuses on using mindfulness skills to bolster mental health and emotional well being in the service of caring better for oneself and others. She has a background in social service work, having served as Youth Program Coordinator for ehm from 2007-2018, where she ran a youth centre and support programs for low-income children and youth in downtown Toronto. She holds a BFA in Theatre from Concordia University, and spent many years directing plays, teaching drama, and facilitating “Popular Theatre” projects. Erin is passionate about the intersection of meditation practice and social justice, and how to take the contemplative skills off the cushion to make the world a better place.
